● Back pain. Enlarged kidney cysts start to press nearby organs, including the kidney itself. The renal capsule is stretched, leading to pain in the lower back, sides and flank.

● Blood in urine. If the kidney cyst ruptures or tiny blood vessels covered on cyst walls burst, blood in urine occurs.

● High blood pressure. About half of Polycystic Kidney Disease patients have this problem.

● Urinary Tract Infection. A kidney cyst can interfere with urine flow, delaying urine passing from kidneys to bladders. As a result, patients may have frequent or painful urination, fever or chills.
